Follow these steps to create an account in minutes

Step 1: Download the app

After receiving your invitation text: download the Life@Work app.

Step 1: Download the app

Step 2: Log in

Log in to Life@Work with your phone number, and thereafter with the one-time code you receive via text message. If you don't get a text message, contact the front desk at your nearest location.

Step 3: Complete registration

Finish setting up your account by providing some additional information.

If your workspace uses Accessy you will receive a text message. Open the link in the text message from Accessy to download the app. Follow the instructions on the screen and verify your account. Choose a pin code, save your recovery code and the accept your invitation.

Open the Life@Work app again and locks will appear. When unlocking — simply press on the lock or use scan to unlock. Wait for Accessy to respond and then voilà!

Quick tip: Unlock doors without scanning!

When approaching a door you want to unlock, just click on the key icon and press Unlock in the app Life@Work.
